The “PACC” ( Persian Arts & Cultural Communities) was first founded by Darab Shabahang in February 2015 - Rockville MD.

The mission and objectives of the “PACC”  is to preserve and promote the Persian Arts & Cultural values among the immigrants and multicultural communities for mutual understanding,  living in peace and prosperity.   We educate and practice our positive cultural values including Spiritual Connection,  Collective consciousness. 

PACC was established by a group of artists, musicians and art and literary enthusiast targeting Iranian communities to practice their own cultural activities (music, art and literature ) as an alternative spiritual and therapy mostly because of either the immigration tremendous mental pressure or nostalgic identity conflict.

PACC educate, promote and preserve the Persian cultural heritage, through innovative collaboration with the local musicians, artists, poets and writers of Persian & multicultural communities as well as Media, colleges and universities in the Washington metropolitan area.

PACC support, inspire and encourage the next generation of musicians, singers and artists, and cultivate the power of art and music to connect people across different cultures and backgrounds.

PACC creates an environment for meditation and therapy specially for immigrants who are mentally and emotionally in hardship and pain.
